Even after the systems are commissioned, our customers are not left to their own devices.
A flexible, globally active service with competent contact persons is available if required to ensure your production and system availability – directly on site, on the phone or via remote service. With an extensive spare parts warehouse and excellent connections to the most important system suppliers, we can quickly procure the spare parts you need.
We are also happy to offer you a service contract that is specially tailored to your requirements: You will receive your personal contact address and ensure short, binding response times. If you are interested, please contact our sales department.
Of course, we would also like to provide the best possible support to customers without a service contract. In order to guarantee a smooth process and perfect service and support, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following process:

1. You submit your service and support request by phone, fax, email
2. In response you will receive a service and support fax form from us, which you should fill out and send back to us.
3. After we have received the fax form, we will assign you a service case number.
4. We carry out the necessary service and support activities and record them under your service case number.
5. We bill the services provided on the basis of the data recorded under the service transaction number at the known billing rates.

Our qualified staff is available to answer any questions you may have about spare parts, repairs or (remote) maintenance.
