Service and support
Continuous service and support is a central element of full customer satisfaction. For this reason the following applies to every system: We offer system installation at the customer’s facilities, commissioning, operator training and – if required – also support during plant start-up. To ensure optimum service, these tasks are performed by the same technicians who assembled the system before delivery and also carried out installation and commissioning work. In 2008 Worthmann introduced a management system that is compliant with ISO 9001:2008 and certified by TÜV-Rheinland. In addition we have been a certified welding specialist in compliance with DIN 18800-7 class E since 2011 and in accordance with EN 1090-2 execution class up to EXC3 since 2014.
