Continuous service and support is a central element of full customer satisfaction. For this reason the following applies to every system: We offer system installation at the customer’s facilities, commissioning, operator training and – if required – also support during plant start-up. To ensure optimum service, these tasks are performed by the same technicians who assembled the system before delivery and also carried out installation and commissioning work. Quality is the benchmark of our success. To keep up with the current and latest quality standards we permanently are optimizing them. Thus we are now certified according to the latest ISO 9001:2015. In addition we have been a certified welding specialist in compliance with DIN 18800-7 class E since 2011 and in accordance with EN 1090-2 execution class up to EXC3 since 2014.
